We work in the top two floors of a turn-of-the-century warehouse stuck on a cobblestone alcove smack dab in the middle of Baltimore's Central Business District. It's the kind of eclectic place that you'd expect to work if you're a creative — exposed brick, beat-up hardwood, and plenty of history. And we're only a block and a half from the Inner Harbor with easy access from both I-95 and I-83.
Although we're small, we take care of our people. We offer a great health plan, dental, parking, a wellness plan that includes gym membership, and profit sharing for vested employees.
And the company outings to play video games at ESPN Zone don't hurt either. Just don't order the cheesesteak. Alex is not happy with the construction.
