In less than a year, real estate developer Centro Properties Group’s U.S. assets grew from 100 centers to 650 + properties. With a marketing staff of four people, it was imperative that vertically-integrated brand systems were designed to facilitate this multi-national company’s expansion. The brand architecture needed to systematically unify new portfolios, present consistent messaging, empower employees and strengthen the company’s U.S. and Australian credibility. A 6,100 sq. ft. Vegas ICSC tradeshow booth brought Centro’s brand to life with giant graphics, twelve conference rooms, six, touch screen kiosks and leasing café. Interchangeable regional tradeshow booth panels strengthened presence at B2B leasing conventions, forums and regional tradeshows.
