In less than a year, real estate developer Centro Properties Group’s U.S. assets grew from 100 centers to 650 + properties. With a marketing staff of four people, it was imperative that vertically-integrated brand systems were designed to facilitate this multi-national company’s expansion. The new tagline “Everything for life….every day” became the mantra for internal and external communication and became the brand story for an essentials marketing campaign that included the corporate capabilities brochure. The copy and graphic elements of the brochure reinforce the message that Centro's properties are created for merchants that offer the essentials for everyday life.
