Harbor East is a grand scale 70acre mixed-use project located on the north side of the Baltimore harbor. Developers Struever Bros. Eccles & Rouse and H&S Properties needed an identity communicating a sense of place and the new neighborhood's location relative to the downtown shopping and business district, The Inner Harbor.
