These are the adjectives that we wanted to use when talking about our company's approach to doing business. We wanted to embrace our clients rather than hold them at arms length. So when we found our turn-of-the-century warehouse stuck in this little cobblestone alcove smack dab in the middle of Baltimore's Central Business District, we knew we'd found our home.

Like us, the space is a little rough. It's old. But it's warm. From the exposed brick to the beat-up hardwood, the place had character. All that we had to do was open up the floorplan and add some paint and we were done.

We've spruced up the joint a bit...but we've always kept that warmth.
